Danica Rae is an up and coming singer/ song writer, the 19 year old having already performed her own shows at several music venues around Sydney, including The Raval and The Brass monkey. Her musical style is heavily influenced by folk and indie music, especially that of the 60's and 70's, and bands such as Fleet Foxes, to jazz and blues artists such as Adele and Amy Winehouse. Danica’s captivating song writing has a relaxed, jazz feel with soft, intricate melodies. Her emotive lyrics are inspired by love’s lost and the people in her life.
