Born Daniel Joseph Martin to parents Jennifer Martin and Antonio Rafael Martin in 1982. My parents are of Italian and Spanish background. When I was 5 years old I begged my parents after watching Labamba - The story of Richie Valens, i knew that it would be my life long dream to be a musician. I started guitar lessons when i was 10 years old. however after accidentally banging my classical guitar against my bed frame and puncturing a hole in it, i kept the guitar stowed away in the back of my wardrobe for the next 5 years. At age sixteen i picked the broken guitar back up again and begun to learn to play again. I wrote my first song when i was around 16-17 and have been learning to play guitar, sing and wirte songs since. I have preformed many times and social gatherings, open mic nights, and at other bar, clubs and festivals in Sydney for the past 7 years.
