British-Australian songwriter and performer who has just dropped his debut single 'Maybe'.

Darren Grant is a British-Australian songwriter and performing artist. He began learning classical piano at age four and, by eight, had begun writing songs. He soon learnt to play saxophone and guitar, too. His musical influences span widely; from Chopin and Puccini to The Beatles and David Bowie, from Jeff Buckley and Prince to Lady Gaga and Daft Punk. His interests in literature, film, art and fashion drive many of the ideas and the inspiration behind his works. After completing his studies in 2019, Darren Grant relocated to London and began work on his first EP, ‘Walk These Streets’. Inspired by isolation in the city of London, he self-wrote the entire project between May and November. Throughout this time, he played the London live music circuit, including venues such as The Spice of Life, The Magic Garden and, his first, The Ivy House.
