Day of kingS was born out of the ashes of local outfit Genus; and a chance meeting with an old high school acquaintance. The ambition of five dedicated musicians to strive through the impossible world of the 'music industry', is clear in the passionate delivery of their powerful and progressive take on acoustic/electric rock. They deliver a never-ending assault of tasty bass lines, provided by Dan T, solid and interesting rhythms from P.J. and an broad spectrum of colour on behalf of Haitch's lead style. The vocals flow from the depths of P.J's soul and are delivered in a captivating way which is solidified by Dan's perfect backing. The lads recently enlisted psycho skinsman Kane King to complete their musical vision, who has the perfect accompaniment by way of Jim Reaper's percussion on a pair of good old congo's and other assorted items.
