DecembeR from Copacabana, NSW, released their self-titled debut album of original songs, which was completely self-produced, mixed and engineered in 2010, showcases their unique acoustic alternative style which features haunting lyrics, beautiful dark melodies and strong vocal harmonies. DecembeR consists of the original members, Rob Price on bass and piano, Jay Minogue on guitar, piano, strings and vocals, and the recent addition of former 3 In A Row drummer, Brent Pearce, has added a new dimension to the DecembeR sound. After 3 In A Row disbanded, the members each went their separate ways, both personally and musically. Jay left for a working holiday overseas and on his return pursued a solo career all the while honing his song writing skills. Rob continued playing bass before discovering a passion for piano whist Brent continued to play drums in various bands including, most recently, Del Rio Drive. Adam Hogan, aka December, is an electronica and media composer whose previous work was featured in a short film titled "The point in this".
