I am a 28 year old guy who grew up in Kuranda, an hour outside of Cairns, in a house nestled in the rainforest. The relaxed FNQ lifestyle was akin to becoming a worshipper of nature and a love for the calm nature of life. At the same time I was listening to Dead Kennedys, Beastie Boys, Hilltop Hood, AC/DC, Against Me, The White Stripes, Antony and The Johnstons, Damien Rice, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley and of course in the early days, Blink 182. This music is a mixture of my hippy nature mixed with my respect for all of the musicians that shaped my life and in turn my self. All of it is produced in Melbourne and is written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered in my bedroom which gives it a lo-fi grain in some of the tracks. I am about to head off westward from Melbourne to drive around the country. As a musician I gig, jam, busk, record, produce, distribute and try to keep the positivity and love that music gives flowing into the world.
