In 2020, Deep State exploded onto the Perth music scene; delivering a high octane take on loud, modern guitar rock. Matt Campbell (Bass) and Marcus Davidson (drums) boasting the tightest rhythm section this side of The Nullabor Plains. Frontman Mark McAndrew croons as he heats up local stages with blistering guitar solos. Backed up by Jethro Fagan's dripping wet guitar tones and dreamy backing vocals. Deep State are well and truly a new breed of Australian rock. They continue to light up Western Australian stages and are sure to incinerate what's left of the previous generation's psych-rock royalty.
