Hi, we are Defunct Asylum, The band consists of: VOCALS: BILLY WAUHOP LEAD GUITAR: LUKE CONNELY BASS: JASON FILEWOOD DRUMS: PAUL O’SHEA We are a 4 piece band of accomplished young lads from Sydney. Defunct Asylum have been together for 2 years and produce the kind of straight edged brick wall rock that is easily digestible and will certainly get your feet stomping. Vocalist Billy Wauhop moved to Sydney from Bunbury, WA about 12 months ago and joined the band at the same time. We recorded our 6 track EP in October 2006 with Engineer Dan from Velvet Sound Studios in Sydney and Mastered by Steve from Reaktor Studios. We have since played at copious venues through out Sydney to large enthusiastic crowds. We have a strong 12 song set which will blow your mind.
