Stationed in a modest fishing village, Derick writes about his daily life sailing small trawling boats and helping his father on the docks, which have stood in the bay since his great grandfather was young. Derick once travelled around Australia with his parents and two brothers, Uluru was his favourite place. Derick occasionally plays to his family and friends at his uncles house in the middle of town.
