Diamond Skies are a six-piece indie pop band from Adelaide. Their sound is influenced across myriad genres, from folk to R&B, across groups from the Swell Season to Fleetwood Mac, City and Colour to Lianne La Havas, all underlined by a shared love of harmonies. Through these influences, Diamond Skies create an energetic and lively rhythmic bed to its performances, playing songs of longing and love, of growing through experiences, treasuring friendships and travelling wide-eyed and wondrous through life’s rich journey. On November 19 the band are releasing its first ever single 'think i need u,' a catchy R&B inspired pop song about trying to move on from a relationship that has come to an end, and the many complicated feelings that come over you when a relationship is breaking up. With further single and EP releases planned for 2022, Diamond Skies are a band that will demand more attention.
