Hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. ChantelVanT and Danilo Queiros started the band in 2012 with aspiratons of making intelligent and creative electronic music. In 2013 the group began performing live, seeing the addition of Adrian Culhane as a drummer and composer. In their first year of performing the band secured gigs at various clubs in South Africa including The Assembly (CPT), Kitcheners (JHB) and Arcade Empire(PTA) as well as festivals such as Rocking the Daisies and Synergy. Session drummer Tim King is now an occasional addition to their line up allowing more freedom to their sets as Adrian Culhane takes up the guitar and synth. Their music has been described as an intricate, but seemingly effortless, mix of electronic synths with live instruments. Mesmerizing vocal melodies flirt with dark bass-‐lines and hip-‐hop influenced drumbeats.
