Living in a small town in rural NQ, a group of boarding school students got sick of hearing nothing but country. So they decided to make a band, and write some songs. Coming from PNG, and Charters Towers, Qld, an eclectic mix of influences, ideas, and inspirations.

We are a Metal band from the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia. We are actively out looking for and playing gigs around Melbourne, Wonthaggi and Phillip Island. We work on original songs as well as do covers of songs. Our music is a wide variety of genres such as traditional metal, heavy metal, death metal, heavy punk as well as deathcore and melodic metal. Seeing as our members are all into varying genres we are always open to try different styles of metal. Some bands that inspire us are famous bands like Metalica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Slayer, Cannibal Coprse, Dying Fetus, and Lamb of God as well as lesser known bands like Shadow of Intent, Rings of Saturn, Archspire, Vulvodynia, and Infant Annihilator. The band was started by Connor and Clay when they decided to perform a song Connor had been working on for a school assembly, this song ended up becoming Profound Vanity.
