Musician. Producer. Canberran. Family man. May also be Batman. May also be coming for you. Right now. Darwin born-and-bred DJ Carter is a confused producer / musician of split personalities. He is as comfortable programming a synth as belting out rock or metal tunes on his Les Paul, or even spinning house and trance on his decks. While a fan of most electronic music forms, DJ Carter specialises in writing trance, various subgenres of house music (at the moment, deep house) and a dark industrial style of chillout breakbeat. Influences include KLF, Fatboy Slim, Live, Smashing Pumpkins, Tchaikovsky, Luigi Lusini, Skrillex, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch, Machine Head and Armin Van Buuren.
