Hailing from rural Western Australia, Don’t Tell Daisy is a dynamic indie-folk-pop band comprised of two sisters, Holly and Lottie, and their two longtime mates, Harley and Kyle. The combination of the sisters’ harmonies and heartfelt storytelling, along with the guys’ grounded and tight rhythms have seen the band grow immensely since their beginning in late 2023. With influences like The Waifs, and Angus and Julia Stone, their music blends warm folk textures with indie spirit, delving into themes of regional identity, love, loneliness, and hope. Don’t Tell Daisy have released four well-received singles to date, each continuing to build momentum from its predecessor. Their latest track, “City Lights”, took the band to play and compete in Sydney in late 2025, as grand-finalists for the 2025 Listen Up Songwriting Prize. Other notable performances include playing alongside the Perth Symphony Orchestra at the Narrogin Hay Bales Concert, CubyGrooveFest 2026, The Basin Music Festival (VIC), Man From Snowy River Bush Festival (VIC), and opening for large touring artists, including Great Gable, Fanny Lumsden, and most recently, 19-twenty in September 2026. Don’t Tell Daisy was nominated for the 2025 WAM Regional Act of the Year and won the Nannup Music Festival Emerging Artist Industry Recognition Award in 2025. For Don’t Tell Daisy, this is just the beginning.
