Donna Layden lives on the Sunshine Coast, Qld. Out of the Dark Into the Light is her debut album, featuring rich vocals, mandolin and acoustic and slide guitars.“Out of the Dark Into the Light is a journey of discovery. I wanted to connect with music which I found inspirational and explore music in my own way. This led to a collection of songs which visit different genres, taking parts of tradition such as folk, blues and Irish, and blending this with something new."
