With two years of experience, Down With Melons have matured into a five-headed, Hydra-esque beast of original music and dynamic live performances.Stemming from the first necky pillar of greek mythology is Lochie, principal writer and average guitarist. Closely followed by Ryan, who gallantly sacrificed the years of his precious youth to learn the ancient art of wail, i.e lead guitar. Then comes Blair, born from the loins of Thetis, dipped by his heel into the river of Divine Funk and Pure Groove, brought up on a diet of Jazz and milk. Then there is Hamish, aka. Aphrodite, dazzling the teeny-boppers and wooing their mums in gymnasiums and seedy bars Tasmania-wide. Finally there is Saxon, son of Zeus, rippling with muscles, and height, as he battles hordes of beasts and Trolls, all in the name of Down With Melons.
