Being Irish, and being Insprired by my mother with a dish cloth in one hand waltzing round the kitchen floor listening to either Patsy Kline, Billy jo Spears or Tammy Wynette. My father encouraged me to play tin whistle but I knew from an early age that you're so restricted by what you could do and after listening to Elton John play piano - it opened up so many new things. There's no genre in music I don't like - if the notes are in the right place...it's art!
