Dragonfly are an energetic rock band who belt out melodic, raw intelligent tunes who are seeking agent/promoter representation. They are heavily influenced by 80's glam rock/metal and that stands to reason with songwriter/guitarist Marc de Hugar (ex Candy Harlots and Screaming Tribesmen) being the primary writer. Marc has also held onto his influence of traditional Australian artists like Radio Birdmen and the Hitmen, this has created a unique sound for the band, its a hybrid of something Indie Australian and yet also polished American, coupled with a line up of solid musicians, Danny Wayne on rhythm guitar, Dave (Chip) Schilder on Drums, Ryan Kemp on Bass, and an extroverted and talented singer Greg (Skip) Skipper on vocals. Dragonfly's genesis was nearly a year ago, there have been a few lineup changes to find the right chemistry and its been worth it as the line up is a tight unit of music and friendship they have also gained a decent local following and have just release their
