After sitting behind the drumkit for many years, Ash thought to herself one day 'Hey, maybe I should give writing songs a go and see what I can come up with...' Unfortunately, this thought fluttered out of her brain and did not re-emerge for year or so. Now armed with her ukulele, a well rounded collection of classic literature, and some growing up completed, she feels ready to take on her self-appointed challenge. Not urged on by chance of money, popularity, or infamy (odds for these happening are extremely slim to none) Ash is motivated by her musician friends and mid-year break from study. Who knows what horrible, boring or instantly memorable hits she will come up with?
