"Things happen for a reason", says Paul, reflecting on the events of the past year. After impressing audiences around Melbourne in its former life, the band was set for a change. The search for a new bassist finally came to a close when Paul was introduced to Andrew through a mutual friend. Andrew had been kicking around with another well-known local Melbourne band before a meeting with Paul changed his direction, drawing him to provide a healthy serving of bottom end for the DURA rock outfit. With the second part of the puzzle set, Paul and Andrew began jamming out songs in the bunker of Pauls Melbourne retreat ... and then along came a spider. Danny, an old friend of Paul had just recently returned from a hiatus in Los Angeles where he was hanging out checking out the L.A. scene, scoring chicks and working on his tan.
