Dysmorphic is an industrial/ebm project that has been created by Adelaide metal act "Locura" singer, Dementia (mostly known around South Australia as 'Steev'). His hatred for Adelaide and the people surrounding him has played a vital role in the emotion and creativity of Dysmorphic. Combining industrial, EBM, electronic and goth influences, Dysmorphic produces an extreme power in the realms of a stressful, emotional and ear shredding listening experience. Lyrics heavily based on disturbing events in his past and the mental boundries of the human mind are screamed, growled and whispered with a brutal force behind a wall of garbled distortion. Industrial drums, erotic grooves and techno beats are crushed by layers of synth pounding out adrenaline pumping and heartaching tunes. Dysmorphic is a truly mentally disturbing, physically painful repetative listening experience that is sadistically addictive.
