The first thing you notice, when you hear or see Dystracted for the first time is the cerebral edge that comes rolling through the thick flow of their dense, bass grooves. Staunch and punchy, hip-hoppy rhythms deliver heaps of swagger, allowing shiny melodies to drift over and around you, lingering long after their sets have finished up. Starting life as a live collaboration between South-East Queensland based producers, Tasker and Silense, Dystracted have already announced themselves on the scene, shocking everyone up with a deep, funky set at Diffraction Collective’s Block Party in Townsville, earlier in 2021 as well as some tight festival sets at Rootbound in FNQ and Eureka in Brisbane, which had heaps of tongues wagging in both old heads and new. With multiple new releasese planned for 2022, including Drum and Bass with Brisbane's finest 8 Ball Audio, and some overseas releases as well, we hope to spread the love we put into our tunes!
