Born in the Deep South, Mississippi, the blues are something deeply embedded in Eddie Oehlbecks craft. Being raised and nurtured by the timeless blues/folk works by that of Neil Young, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eddie’s music is as authentic as it is raw. Now living in the Sydney’s iconic Northern Beaches, Eddie has cultivated his sound through a number of local Retired Soldier’s Leagues, as well as his involvement as a member in the psycho-social rehabilitation community. His NGO supported album; ‘Highway Of Life’ (Prod. Jordan Roach) is a seven track nostalgia trip to the folk/blues South.
