Hailing from Melbourne, Victoria comes the original country-rock/pop outfit Eddie Rawk Band (ERB). Established by lead singer, Eddie Rawk who was first discovered while busking on Peel Street at Tamworth’s Country Music Festival. A solid line up of fine musicians sees the band welcome Ryan Di Cecco on bass, Troy Eckhardt on Drums and Rob Moody on lead guitar, completing the 4 piece. Bringing a fresh, Nashville inspired sound to the Australian country music scene by blending their inspiration from music legends like Luke Bryan, Keith Urban and Bon Jovi. The bands debut single ‘Take Me Home (Red Dirt Road)’ was born from Eddie’s first experiences of the country scene busking on Peel Street which was highly encouraged by his Grandfather. Drawing the attention of many potential fans and welcomed into the music community, ERB secured radio play right around Australia on stations including PBS, Planet Country, Aus Country Radio and charted at #2 on AMRAP. Despite the bump in the road which was felt across the music industry during the Covid-19 pandemic, Eddie took the time to write throughout the 6 month lockdown which shook Victoria. Now with an abundance of new material for future releases comes the fresh new single ‘One Last Time’. Charting in the top 10 on Play MPE as the most streamed and downloaded track, the music video was widely streamed following its premiere on CountryTown. Performing nationally around Australia, ERB have supported the Choirboys, Jetty Road, Carter and Carter, as well as numerous festivals including the Taste of Tamworth Tour. The bands modern style of country music brings the party to every dance floor with their pop-infused country sound and charisma.
