A late starter in music and the founding president of the Berwick and District Folk Club (BADFolk), the ballad where the story is the main aspect of the song is of the foremost importance and is the strength of Edward's music. Songs arise from a dislike of Supermarket shopping to commemorating community volunteers, the winner of the Melbourne Cup and the trials of Busking, with catchy hooks keep the song in your head and on your lips. Although usually a solo performer, Edward was supported by a band of fine musicians for the making of my debut CD - 'Memories and Other Tales', launched in April.
