A pact was made between tired friends at the end of 2005, to raise the bar for musicians and listeners around the country. Sick of hearing the same noise over and over they took to writing songs, starting with the basics such as melody and meaningful lyrics, something that had seemed to have been forgotten of late. Taking the name of "Embryonic" to represent the importance to realize beginnings, the fun began. Regular visitors to Canberra's premier music venue (The Greenroom), friends and supporters of other creator of good music for all walks, and all around nice guys, Embryonic have had a good run in 2006, and the people have loved it. Featuring in a small film at the end of 2006, and set to tour nationally in 2007 to promote their scheduled EP release, these guys are something to look out for, and they promise it will be worth your while.
