Emily Rigz is a rocker, lover, mother fucker, actual mother, guitarist, songwriter, writer of words, overthinker, lover of jazz, lover of plants, practising psychonaut, student and teacher. She lives in The Blue Mountains, NSW. Emily is also the guitarist in the nu-jazz band R.E.D Experiment. You can find her music online, except on Spotify, because fuck those guys. Emily’s second studio album Mixing Under the Influence is OUT NOW! Colonisation is a sickness and it is our responsibility (the descendants of the European invading colony in Australia) to tear it down in all its forms. Always was, always will be, from the river to the sea!
