Based on the Sunshine Coast, Emily has been writing, performing, and teaching music since 1999. Her music is a tasty blend of acoustic-folk-funk with a rhythmical edge. Emily’s earthy honest vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar style are woven together with the funky melodic grooves of Brad Wenham on bass guitar. The resulting sound is intimate, infectious, and fun! Artists such as The Waifs, Ani DiFranco, Michael Franti and Fiona Apple have influenced her musical journey.
