Eric Thomas is a guitarist and songwriter first before he is a singer. Music was always something that he loved, but not until the age of 13 did he look at it as something he loved doing when he picked up the guitar for the first time. And two years later, he started writing his own songs. In just 3 years, he has already written and recorded over a hundred songs, all without ever leaving the comfort home. His major influence as a songwriter is Green Day, but he enjoys an array of musical styles, and he cites that "The Beatles are the greatest group in music history" and also says that "the 90s was the best decade in music as it had the perfect blend of pop and rock". Just to name a few, artists from the 90s he loves are The Corrs, Smashmouth, Nirvana, The Offspring, Rancid, The Cranberries and so on. But he also enjoys a lot of what contemporary pop offers today.
