Escape Velocity is also known as Jeremy Huppatz, an IT geek who has played keyboards for 25 years. He added guitar, bass and various other instruments to the collection over the years, and has starting to put together a decades worth of ideas into polished product. Watch this space. Jez gigged with Adelaide Bands "Frogs in Glass Jars" (back in the late 80's and early 90's), "St Marys Street Band" (similar era) and "The Dirty Strangers" (2003-4, 2006-present). The name "Escape Velocity" was dreamt up over a decade ago, and represents Jeremy's musical and professional goals - to keep setting the bar higher and higher, until he finds himself in orbit. Hopefully, after you've heard his tracks you'll be in a higher orbit yourself.
