It was 2008, deep in the backstreets of the Essex massive when two young fly electronic artists from the west foot began drifting from their genre and started experimenting with new sounds, and filthy, filthy lyrics. Two-Hatz and J-Ran pushed their product on every street corner, but it's mind-stomping production didn't seem to make up for the percieved lack of class (it was obviously a satire). Enter Lil' Slugger and The Bizmarck , whose ground rumbling flow and lyrical freshness brought the edge 2 and J were looking for. The only thing missing was one more player to flesh out the new sound, someone who could bring vocal insight as well as beat insight. Thus, when Badga joined the crew, ESX was born. The time that followed was the crew establishing their sound and finding how they wanted to enter the scene. The 2010 plan was born.
