Founded in August 2011 by George and Elias, EXEKUTE is a Sydney-based death metal band. Although the band is only young, songs have been written being faithful to the genre and the bands that have inspired them. March 2012 saw the band release a 2 song demo which has immediately been praised on the local scene. Within 6 months of playing local gigs the band has been fortunate enough to share the stage with favoured Australian acts such as OUROBOROS, ABACINATION, PUTREFACTION, WAR FACTION, THE SEER, FESTERING DRIPPAGE to name a few and recently supported NEW BLOOD launch their album. August 2012 will see EXEKUTE support their first international act, Singapore's DEUS EX MACHINA. With an EP planned shortly as well as a number of intriguing gigs, the future looks promising. Stay tuned and brace yourself for the EXEKUTION.
