A new breed of metal. The widely varied range of influences amongst each member creates the unique, devastating sound that is Exerthur. In the land of Strathalbyn, Guitarists Mark Burgess and Karl Drabsch played furiously together for years. In the small home of Mount Barker, bassist Brendan Buss and drummer Santhosh Jayasundera played endlessly alongside one another. Both groups of brothers fiercely yearned a band they could call their own, but lacked the musicians necessary. One fateful day, Karl and Mark found themselves in the town of Mount Barker and met the soaring height of Brendan. The three caually spoke and became acquainted, unknowing of each others musical talent. Eventually they learnt of each others musicianship, the Strathalbyners mentioned their search for able musicians to combine minds with and Brendan told of the great drummer he called his brother and their same search.
