Edit history

Exploder is an intense hardcore/metal/punk band from the Gold Coast. Formed in mid of 2010 by Carl Garlick (guitar), Troy Richards (drums) and Cory Lacey (vocals). Soon after to be joined by Michael Hall (bass). The main focus for the direction of the band, musically, was to create something fast, aggressive but most of all, original. In mid 2010 Exploder begun work on their debut ep. Recorded on... a shoestring in true DIY style by the band itself, the ep has received a very positive response from the public since its release soon after. Since then, they have played a great deal of shows alongside some of Australia's premier hardcore, metal and punk acts. Managing to make a name for themselves as a must see at in any line up they are involved in. Be prepared to hear more from Exploder in the future as they continue to go from strength to strength, pushing the boundaries of their skills and creating havoc wherever they can.
