A hot, sultry evening in Fitzroy, where the flies hover around a tray of overcooked meat, the smoke hangs thick in the air, and just the right amount of cheap imported beer has been consumed; an idea is hatched amongst five newly introduced strangers to form a gang which would be like nothing they had done before. Nearly one full year would pass from that summer’s eve before the five would stay true to their word and form the electric rock resonance that is Famous Crimes.
