Melbourne-based 3 piece Farewell The Lion do not try and create a whole new musical genre nor expect to have one named after them. Instead, we focus on writing and performing well crafted songs without pretention or attitude. With influences from Wilco, Radiohead, The Posies and The National we focus on letting the best idea in each song win rather than forcing a certain sound.
