Feelium was formed when childhood friends Simon and Jakob left Sweden to live in a Mitsubishi camper van in New Zealand. One warm night in March 2013, while taking a late night bath (as they so often do), the boys suddenly spotted a suspicious-looking fin swimming not so far away from them. Terrified to their guts, the boys flew out of the water to take shelter in the van. Filled with emotions after surviving ”the shark attack”, Simon turned on the dictaphone and Jakob picked up the guitar. Three hours later, Feelium was born, and so was their debut EP ”The cool and smart people will understand” (2014). After the trip, Feelium relocated to Lund, Sweden, where Simon and Jakob could attend university while writing, recording and producing their first full length album ”Can You Feel It?” (2015); a process that put both their patience and friendship on the line.
