Ferris has loved Hip Hop since he first saw Chiddy Bang’s smash hit ‘opposite of adults’ on RAGE at the tender age of 11. After that Saturday morning watching those Hip-Hop superheroes on a thick box TV, Ferris would find, read and memorise every lyric of the song so he could sing it to himself as his family were too poor to afford music devices. With Anglo-Egyptian heritage, he grew up listening to Arabic pop through to Western 80s hits and learned clarinet, bugle, drums and piano, developing his own beat making, song writing and love for Hip Hop. Ferris is an independent solo artist but works very closely with producers DENVER and Jared Hundy. Like the way he walks, his style is chilled with a bit of bounce. After only three Singles he was interviewed by Jacqueline Cowan on 4ZZZ.
