The fix is a band formed from previous unearthed winners (The Early Hours) and WAMI winning band (Tune Bureau) featured on JJJ 1999. After a long break the boys are back with a new ablum "Overexposure" to be released in July 2011. With strong influences from bands such as Oasis, Redd Kross, the Hoodoo Gurus and acdc, The Fix offer up a blend of pop melody and rock and surf beats. After winning JJJ unearthed and 2 european tours with the Early Hours in the late 90's Sean Cathew (Lead Guitar, Vocals) and Matty Davis (Drums) have join The Fix to provide a strong and road worthy contribution to the band. Lead vocalist and song writer Scott Buswell has fronted WAMI winning band Tune Bureau in the late 90's also appearing on JJJ 1999. Scott's music has been featured on a number of film productions and surf movies including the successful Bra Boys documentary looking at the tough culture of surfing in Maroubra.
