Melbourne “Band” Fizzing Funksters is actually the solo project of Synth Geek, Peppe (“you can col mi Joe”). His Fizzing Funksters are the living electronic creatures that inhabit his studio. It all started in 1990 when he sold his piano to help finance a Ensoniq EPS sampler, “a piano non make Drums, but a sampla can make da Piano”. Later on 1993 he purchased an ATARI 1040 STE with a separate 30 megabyte hard drive to be the heart of his studio. He also used an analog sequencer to run his Synthesizers, this sequencer featured on his debut Album in 1997 . The sequencer was the Roland TB-303. This Album was mastered for release in 1998, but forgotten about, as life got in the way. In 2009 bandcamp seemed like a good option to self release the self titled Debut (“Fizzing Funksters” released on Bandcamp in 2009) His debut Album features imperfect Techno, Swinging TB-303 House and Acid Soundtracks. Fizzing Funksters welcomes Lord Drumatix to the family to provide vocals and TR-606
