frankwillo (said: "Frank Willow") is a producer and vocalist from England, currently living in Perth. She started out as a classically trained flautist and vocalist, but now her music is very much centered around the use of technology - all of her music is recorded and produced in her bedroom. / Echo was inspired by 80's artists such as Yazoo, Ultravox and Tears for Fears, and is a song that is very personal to her - it's basically about the power we each have to affect others with our actions.
