Hailing from Perth, WA, Freqshow is a collective of creative minds, uniting to develop authentic Drum and Bass in the truest definition of the word "live". Freqshow minimizes its dependency on sequencing and sampling, adopting the philosophy of manpower before machinery. With an 8 piece lineup including horns, guitars, synthesizers, percussion and of course, drums and bass, the band draws inspiration from the world of Drum and Bass, Dubstep and Jungle. While influences range from a wide variety of artists spanning the genres' numerous manifestations, Freqshow's sound is always guaranteed to be uncompromisingly raw, honest, heavy, groovy and soulful. Their hard hitting live sound backed by an eye-catching and energetic stage show has been consistently well received among heads and non Drum and Bass lovers alike. Needless to say, this is an aural and visual spectacle that promises nothing short of an amazing experience.
