Frozen Pipes is a duo originally hailing from Sydney NSW, featuring Hugh Miller (guitar/vocals) and Jim Walsh (guitar/vocals). In 2007 and 2008 they gigged sporadically around venues in inner Sydney, while adding to a growing catalog of original songs. In 2009 they recorded and mastered some of their faves to produce the EP, "The Mercy Rule".
