Tony Durant grew up in the psychedelia of London in the late 60's, with Louise, an uncompromising band who have also recently been 'unearthed' in Europe. With a long career in music both in England and Australia since 1980 , Fuchsia, the 1971 release, has become a major collectors item, praised for its ground breaking innovation. A documentary has been made on the story. Fuchsia II: from Psychedelia to a Distant Place" picks up the threads where the first album left off. The band are emerging from the shadows to play a few live dates in Sydney, then at some stage head for Europe where there is interest in the background story and the new album.
