The journey with sound started in the eighties with mysterious electronic sounds heard on the radio. This fascination lead to experiments cutting sounds from turntable to tape as a young boy continuing through to spending many late nights as teenager producing with “tracker” programs (also used by Deadmau5 and Calvin Harris). Now with around 20 years of experience producing combined with a love for improvisation and influences such as Beardyman, DubFX and Flume, FD works with a custom live looping system. His music varies from deep ambient sounds to straight up rocking the dancefloor. In his live performances he loves to play with on the spot improvised elements, such as beatbox, keyboard, rap and voice effects. He also jams with other musicians and their instruments such as Trumpet, Saxophone and Flute in his live performances. Audience members are encouraged to participate and join on the microphone which is then looped with his improvised electronic sounds. In 2014 he brought
