Since being clocked singing a soaring vocal over “Never Tear Us Apart” on her pal Allday’s 2014 Triple J Like A Version, Gabrielle Hyde has been grafting away and honing her skills on the local circuit for the past 5 years. A constant songwriter, Gabrielle has been writing and recording a diverse back catalogue for a decade. Often these songs would fade into obscurity, left unreleased on a messy iTunes playlist. Enter Steve Hart! A well established and keen-eared DJ/Producer who met Gabrielle whilst they were both playing at a beach club in the early months of 2019. Together, Gabrielle Hyde and Steve Hart have pulled songs out of the endless array of session files, freshened up the sound, and have already had their lead single “Spectrums (oh u and me)” spun in clubs across Adelaide.
