Formed in mid-2010, Gates of Perdition are set to take the Australian Metal Scene by the horns. Bringing a unique melodic thrash style, incorporating elements of groove and death metal, Gates currently split their time between local shows and writing new material. Lead vocals and guitar are provided by frontman Rob D'Ermilio, with primary shredding duties falling to Leigh "Hughesy" Kapor. Cale Wilson has proven a reckoning force on the drums, with Sam Green handles the low end on Bass. With a strong focus on tone, songwriting and social commentary, Gates take a no-bullshit approach to metal that is increasingly rare in this day and age.
