Geek Love is a rock and roll power trio lighting it up in Melbourne, Australia. Their hard edged style has been compared to such contemporaries as Rise Against, Coheed & Cambria, and Metallica in reviews. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Avenged Sevenfold, Eighteen Visions, Killswitch Engage, and AC/DC, Geek Love has forged their own particular brand of metal infused rock and roll. This delectable trio of degenerates that is Geek Love comprises Bobby Manila (guitar/vocals), and the rhythm section from hell in the form of brothers Cammy (bass), and Mark Fellowes (drums). 2008 is shaping up to be a big year for Geek Love winning over large crowds whilst supporting Shihad, The Butterfly Effect, Juke Kartel & Cog. “…I’ve seen Geek Love a few times but tonight’s set was them building a metal wall of hard-rock oppression only to tear it down with meaningful lyrics and catchy vocal lines…” (Dan Watt. Beat Mag. Jan 08).
