"You just can’t deny Georgia’s soulful voice, it’s got power and poise" - Triple J 4 x finalist at the 2023 Gold Coast Music Awards, Georgia Hoareau is a 19yr old emerging ‘bedroom pop’ singer-songwriter who recently released her debut EP 'WISH SOMEBODY TOLD HER'. Entirely self-penned, Georgia wrote and recorded the songs between the age of 16 and 18, where she effectively documented her feelings and the events surrounding her teenage years. The EP displays yet another side of Georgia’s incredible songwriting and a further evolution of her amazing vocal delivery. Born and bred on the Gold Coast, recent opening supports have included Kita Alexander, Greta Stanley & Beckah Amani, and headline live performances for the Womens FIFA Fan Festival site in Brisbane. Beautifully produced by respected Brisbane musician Joel Myles (Jack Bratt, Clint Boge, Harry J Hart) at Head Atlas Studios, the result is a stunningly honest collection of tracks from an artist who is only getting started!
