Georgia June is an infectious force of energy. As the creative director of her musical project and becoming high school teacher, Georgia carries her kindness and work ethic in every aspect of her life. Her eponymous band led Georgia to spend the last few years touring Australia, garnering billings at; Falls Festival, Bad Friday, Yours and Owls Festival of the Sun and Lost Paradise. Also appearing alongside established acts, including Hippo Campus, The Preatures, Lime Cordiale and Paul Kelly. Georgia has felt a musical shift since becoming a solo project and has spent the last year developing her new sonic. Writing new music as a means to heal from vocal surgery after being told she may not be able to sing again. Through this process she found her confidence in a space where her intricately woven lyrics show the strength in her vulnerability. Inspired by the rhythms of Massive Attack and melodies from London Grammar, Georgia June will be stealing your heart with her new releases.
